Child Gps Tracking Bracelet

GPS tracking of your child …. crazy?
I thought you'd enjoy this little anecdote: Last night my brother went to dinner and told us about a child he had found in his office (which is a doctor), who had a strange-looking bracelet on his wrist. Question her about it and said that her mother did not agree to have a microchip implanted in his case agreed to wear a GPS tracking bracelet. Not allowed to withdraw and should be especially time, or the mother call the police. Paranoid much?
Yes, that's paranoid. What is especially worrying is that the mother or would have been well with the idea of having a microchip implanted (GPS chips, but there, the chips in dogs and cats are RFID and need to be scanned in less than 12 inches away to be read) or thought it was an acceptable way to intimidate the child to use the bracelet. I can understand if the child had a mental disorder and was prone to drift or something, but since his brother, said it appears to be mentally healthy and old enough to go places by himself (and if not, his mother is super paranoid!). If this child was old enough to go places on their own (like 12 +) I suggest you tell if GPS tracking microchip are not there, letting ideas about what to do on their own, or claim things like the possibility of involvement of aluminum around the GPS (it's metal, so you probably actually block the satellite signal) and ask exactly how his mother knew he was using it, or knew he was using, or what …. lol well my parents were not able to try something with me, I was a techie as a child, and I've found a way to cheat, to disable, block, delete, reschedule, etc, that thing in a day or two. In addition, my personal problem is that if you can take your child with GPS, who else can? Computers and software can be cut, so no matter what safety precautions to take, is not inconceivable that some pedophiles can hack the system, and monitor your child, or pay someone to make the cut …
